Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund policy on our software subscription, provided you can supply video evidence clearly demonstrating that the software is not functioning on your computer. Please note that refunds will not be granted for concerns such as detection by screen-sharing software, incorrect solution generation, or forgetting to cancel your subscription, as these are not considered faults in the software itself. No refunds will be issued for the month if you forget to cancel.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at accounts@whisprgpt.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. Provide your purchase details, reason for refund, and video evidence of the software not working.

2Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
