Please review our policies carefully. These policies govern your use of our services and outline your rights and responsibilities.

ARBITRATION NOTICE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SECTION BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only for active subscription plans under the conditions below. Lifetime (one-time) purchases are non-refundable.

A. Subscriptions (Weekly / Monthly)

  • 24-hour window: You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase (not renewals) if you provide video evidence clearly showing that the software does not function on your computer.
  • Evidence requirements: Your screen recording must include (1) launching the app, (2) the issue reproduced end-to-end, and (3) your OS version and WhisprGPT version visible. We may request reasonable troubleshooting steps.
  • Not eligible for refunds:
    • Detection by screen-sharing/meeting or proctoring tools
    • Incorrect/undesired AI outputs or solution generation
    • Network/firewall/VPN restrictions on your device or organization
    • Failure to cancel before renewal (no refunds for forgetting to cancel)
    • Requests past the 24-hour window from the initial purchase
    • Compatibility issues caused by third-party platform updates (e.g., browsers, operating systems, proctoring/meeting tools, or extension environments) that impair or prevent WhisprGPT from working. Future compatibility is not guaranteed.
  • Original method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

1How to Request a Refund

Email hello@whisprgpt.com with your account email, purchase details, a brief description of the issue, and a link to your required screen recording.

2Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times from your bank or card network may vary.

B. Lifetime / One-Time Purchases

All sales final: No refunds will be provided under ANY circumstances for lifetime/one-time purchases. If you are unsure about compatibility or fit, we recommend trying a weekly or monthly subscription before purchasing a lifetime plan.

C. Compatibility & Third-Party Platform Updates (All Plans)

  • No ongoing compatibility guarantee: If a supported platform (or OS/browser) updates in a way that breaks or degrades WhisprGPT, we do not guarantee that compatibility will be restored, and subscriptions are non-refundable in such cases.
  • Try-before-you-buy: A downloadable build is provided so you can test core behavior on your device/environment before subscribing. Even if you cannot log in to a specific third-party platform, you can verify primary app functionality (e.g., floating window behavior and keyboard shortcuts).
  • Your responsibility: You are responsible for confirming the app meets your needs in your environment prior to purchase.
